If I vaguely remember videos from Enes touring NY penthouses, of such pricing comes with branded interior design, furnishings, and furnitures. Maybe a private car to go along. With that kind of money, the buyer should be vvvip and not presented with such a blank slate imo.

Beautiful space! Loving the materials used, layout and the cozy vibe! Perfect when you are alone or bringing in guests! The open shelving exposing the original wall is just awesome! I have always loved the idea of using wood slat panelling to hide storage spaces, which I believe added more functionality and character to the space. Not sure though if it's just the video angle that caused the wood panelling to look like the doors not being flushed when closed and the wood slats not to seamlessly line up. Nonetheless, still an amazing space! Kudos!

Not only is it functional, but the house is also full of character. The couple is full of love, and that love permeates the entire house. You can see the passion and affection they have for each other reflected in every single piece of furniture and item in their home. Just loving it!

Good, that they knocked down the walls! Such a nice living space / kitchen area now. Very cozy because of their collection. Though a nightmare to keep clean. That 'fence' at the entrance is marvelous! Lets in all the light and yet makes it separate. Such difference plants make to a place as well!. The bathroom is too dark and the dining room is 'lost space' for most of the time. I would have made that the living room to watch TV in. Or the kids room, but they don't have any (yet?). Hate the cheap tube light above the dining table. So there they lose some points. But overall a truly personalized welcoming home.

This is so well thought out and well done! The bedroom is one step higher and thus separate. The custom-made long kitchen table with the oval endings is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. Facing north so the colors are kept light and the kitchen even white.

I am building a house on Talikud Island as a foreigner. I can't own the land, so it is in the names of my two Philippino daughters. Nice house and I agree about the none native trees. If you want to fast, choose Bagrass. My house will be radically different.

I like this home, i live in the Caribbean so i can understand the enjoyment of open house and a nature home but what about mosquitoes, rats, and other animals. Not sure if this is realistic.
